Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Our policies regarding billing, cancellations, and refunds.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Last Updated: September 29, 2026

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing software subscriptions, usage credits, and billing accounts for the Xmellow platform (https://xmellow.com), owned and operated by XRYTE BYTE TECHNOLOGIES LLC.

1. Subscription Cancellations

  • Self-Service Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard (Settings > Billing) or by emailing billing@xmellow.com.
  • Notice Requirement: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your scheduled billing renewal date to avoid charges for the following period.

Access Continuity: Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your current paid billing period. You will maintain complete access to your account and assets through the end of that billing period.

2. Refund Policy on Subscriptions

  • Non-Refundable SaaS Subscriptions: Recurring monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Because platform accounts are allocated active database capacity, server compute, and licensed software tooling immediately upon checkout, we do not issue prorated refunds for partial months or unused time.

Promotional Free Trials (If Applicable): If your subscription began with a free trial, your payment card will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the trial period unless canceled prior to the expiration timestamp. Charges resulting from a failure to cancel before the trial concludes are non-refundable.

3. Usage Wallets & Carrier Vetting Fees (Non-Refundable)

  • Prepaid Usage Credits: Funds deposited into your account wallet for telephony, SMS segments, carrier pass-through fees, email sends, or AI consumption are strictly non-refundable. Unused wallet balances cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded upon cancellation.

Carrier Registration Fees (TCR): Third-party registration and campaign vetting fees paid to telecommunications registries (such as The Campaign Registry for A2P 10DLC vetting) are non-refundable pass-through fees, regardless of whether a carrier approves or rejects your campaign submission.

4. Forfeiture Upon Policy Violation

If an account is suspended or terminated by the Company due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy, excessive spam complaints, or unlawful communications, all rights to any refund of subscription fees or remaining wallet credits are completely forfeited.

5. Chargeback Prevention & Merchant Dispute Terms

  • Direct Resolution Requirement: You agree to contact our accounts department at billing@xmellow.com to resolve billing discrepancies directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company.

Unwarranted Chargeback Penalties: Filing a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback in contradiction of these agreed terms will result in immediate account termination, system blacklisting, and potential referral to corporate debt recovery collections. You will be held legally liable for all associated bank chargeback fees, administrative expenses, and legal defense costs incurred by the Company.
